hari ni nak cerita pasal diet sikit..
semua orang mesti kalau tak banyak pun sikit..
berfeeling-feeling nak kurus.. (kalau yang bam-bam lah, kalau yg makan apa pun badan tak naik, duk diam-diam nah..)
nak body selim melim macam retis-retis.. yer dak?
haaa jangan tipu aa.. even kalau mulut cakap "alaaaa gemuk-gemuk pun orang sayang.."
tapi dalam hati?? mak tauu.. huhuhu..
me started to diet was actually after gave birth to our miss sunshine..
me gained 23kg on pregnancy.. then after gave birth only 10kgs loss..
which is masa tuh around 13kgs gained from my weight yg sepatutnya lahh..
that time me tak tau at all pasal diet atkins nih..
since me have kekangan masa.. untuk ber excercise segala..
because i have to rushing here and there..
me just stop to have nasi at all..
and me manage to get back my ideal weight dalam 4-6 month..
tapi masa tuh.. even xmakan nasi.. me bedal saja ubi kentang.. biskut and all sweet drink..
then last few years.. pi tanya pokcik google pasal diet tak makan nasik nih..
owhhh baru tau nama dia ATKINS..
well then, diet Atkins got a few phase lah.. uol boleh tengok and baca bawah nih..
some yang really obes memang seriusly boleh kurus dengan cepat..
kalau uol bebetul disiplin and strictly follow the rules..
u boleh follow FB Atkins.. u boleh tengok mereka-mereka yang berjaya..
BUT.... for me.. me tak lah really get into this diet ATKIN nih..
sekadar mengawal makan apa yang patut saja..
itupun office mate duk perli-perli lagi.. nak diet buat apa.. dah kurus laa apa laa bla bla bla..
well for you to know.. even i dah kurus i want my body fit, ok..
and only me know condition of my body..
well nak excercise agak payah due to my rutin..
so what me do, me park my car outside instead of parking lot bertingkat-tingkat..
then you have to berjalan-jalan sikitlah dengan area yang agak berbukit itewww..
not bad lah.. pergi balik.. berpeluh and terasa kekajangan lah sedikit..
kejang means its work rite..
and me try to panjat tangga time nak balik from level 6 to level 2 or 3..
huhuhu..cukup la itu.. yer idok..
Yang Bahayanya
P/S : one thing you have to know about this Atkins diet.. kena faham elok2.. if you cut carbo and just only take protein.. make sure you excercise.. if you not excercise, protein yg dalam badan yg banyak tu tak ada jalan lain utk keluar, melainkan buah pinggang.. itu yang bahaya.. if you sihat please la bersenam dan make sure banyak minum air.. kalau x bersenam dan minum air yang banyak.. air yang banyak itu akan berisiko untuk cedera buah pinggang tu tinggi. if you have problem with your kidney please try other diet.. not recommended for Atkins.
thats why me cakap.. me tak betul-betul follow this diet atkins.. me just tak ambik beberat carbo things.. thats all..
so.. sesapa nak tau and nak mencuba diet ATKINS sila lah yer.. selamat menkurus..
